Hello , lovely gallery you got there ^^.

As for tips about paintings , I see your doing pretty well , you don't need any tips =/

I just suggest you to shade in more colour the one , the more shades you put the more "realistic" it looks.
Usually Anime styles has about 2-3 shades for a basic colour (such as skin).
